Planning Application: A clear, careful process shaped by expert local input

We have now submitted our full planning application to the National Park Authority. It has taken a little longer than hoped, as we wanted to make sure the plans and supporting information were properly coordinated before submission.

A Residents’ Planning Brochure covering the final plans, designs, parking, landscaping, jobs and community commitments has been created. You can find a digital version on the planning page to view, download, and share. Printed copies have been delivered to residents; please contact us if you would like a large print or Welsh language copy.
